Unenrolled Users

Users who have not enrolled their accounts on the Password Center portal can access the services of the portal through Second Way Authentication (SWA). This feature allows only one time access to the portal. Afterwards, users must enroll their accounts to avail the account unlock, password change, and password reset services of the portal.

Second Way Authentication enables unenrolled users to authenticate themselves on the portal through:

The value you provide for an authentication type is matched to the value for that type in the directory. If it matches, the user is authenticated and can perform the requested action.

The Second Way Authentication feature is only available if the GroupID administrator has enabled one or more of the three authentication type(s).
