Changing Password

You can change your identity store account password using the Password Center portal.

To do this, provide the existing password and then a new password to replace it. The new password must conform to the password policy the GroupID administrator has defined for your role in the connected identity store.

Changing your identity store account password

  1. On the Welcome page of the portal, click Password .
    If you are not logged on to the portal, the GroupID Authenticate window appears. For logging in, provide the login information on the window.

  2. On the Change my password page, provide the following information:

    1. In the Current Password box, type the password of your account you are logged on with on the portal.  

    2. Type your new password in the New password and Confirm new password boxes.
      The password must conform to the password policy and the password complexity rules defined by the administrator that are displayed below your user account name.

    3. Click Change Password.
